ECM 651 Satellite phone blocker
This ECM 651 blocks the use of satellite phones. It can be used to improve privacy and safety when the undesired use of satellite phone equipment could compromise security.
The ECM651 blocks those parts of the L-band spectrum used by satellite telephones by emitting a modulated signal sweeping over the band which drowns out local reception from the satellites.
Using the ECM 651 band blocker
The ECM651 is a small, handheld jammer. It is very simple to operate. One switch controls blocking and sets the output power; an indicator LED shows when it’s working; and an internal switch allows the user to select the frequency band(s) to be covered.
