JJN Digital WAM-108t Multiband Wireless Activity Monitor
The JJN Digital WAM-108t is a handheld multiband wireless activity monitor designed to detect and locate all types of radio frequency devices such as 2G, 3G and 4G transmissions. To help with the growing threat from Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices, the WAM-108t also has a separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz band detector.
The WAM-108t has a total of eight separate RF detectors to provide it with a vast RF coverage. The eight built-in RF detectors include: one 0-14 GHz Wideband, five Cellular 2G/3G/4G and two Wi-Fi/Bluetooth 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.
Signals can be picked up from up to 50 metres away with the WAM-108t due to its multiple high gain amplifiers. To assist with finding the precise location of a transmission, the sensitivity level on the WAM-108t can be systematically reduced.
The WAM-108t can store up 4000 cellular events that can be viewed either graphically or as a list. To help the operator identify the type of device that’s being detected, the JJN Digital WAM-108t will record the signal strength, band detected, duration and time and date of each signal that’s detected, no matter how long or short. The event log can be downloaded in its entirety to a USB stick where it can be transferred to a computer for further analysis using the JJN Digital Viewer windows software.
Designed and manufactured in the UK, the WAM-108t is built into a custom machined aluminium enclosure with an internal lithium-polymer battery pack. Included in the WAM-108t kit is four antennas; a flexible multiband whip antenna (wideband), flexible cellular antenna (medium), a rigid 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz antenna (short) and a directional high gain antenna (LPA14). The JJN Digital WAM-108t system is supplied in a heavy-duty military standard carry case to provide maximum protection.
